Private water fishing has just what you need if you can afford the fees. Look here.

for double digit bass check out camelot bell. last i heard it $1500 for a day of fishing, but you legitimately have a shot at a 12-14lb fish

I'm lucky, I have a friends' father who has a small lake with trophy bass. Not uncommon to catch up to 10 lbs, I've been lucky enough to catch the same 13 lb bass twice. 6 to 8 lbs is normal. Your ticker will get a work out with a days fishing.
