Heading to the White River after Thanksgiving, hoping for recommendations for lodging and a guide. Need lodging for four; 2-3 will be fishing. Plan to use guide one day then rent a boat for next two days. Thanks in advance for the help.

Lilley's Landing might be one stop shopping for you. They are on Taneycomo.

Jimmy Traylor at Wishes and Fishes is good and can find you lodging. Ron Yarborough is great too. Whiteriverflyguide is his website.

Another feather for Ron Yarborough. whiteriverflyguide.com

One of the few guides that only does fly fishing, and he is great. He also has the fastest boat on the river. He can jet up ripples in 2 inches of water where other guides are pulling up their motors and trying to move the boat with only half a prop in the water.

Gaston's is another all-inclusive lodging spot. Alternatively you can just get a cheap motel in Harrison if you are just going to meet your guide in the mornings.

BassPro's Big Cedar Lodge in Ridgedale, MO is a great facility. You can rent a variety of condos directly from the owners on line. Here is a starting point ( http://www.myresortnetwork.com/Condo-Rentals/Ridgedale/Missouri/Big-Cedar-Wilderness-Club/). It sits on the banks of Table Rock Lake and is just minuets from the Taneycomo. I used Anglers Outfitters (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Anglers-Outfitters/369647935417?hc_location=timeline) they are within a 1/4 mile of "feet wet".
