Well finally, after 10 minutes on hold, got a guy that said they received 17,000 orders when they put this on sale and they were behind because they didn't expect that many orders. Transferred me to someone to help and I got a voice mail. Ordered on the 21st and still shows pending. I don't know what to think but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I called and told them that I ordered a case a week ago and have not received a shipping notice. The lady was very nice but seemed a bit overwhelmed. After a lot of putting me on hold and "checking" she said that she would put my order through for processing. That was 2 days ago and I still don't have a shipping notice.
Glad I still have a bottle of Lucas Oil Slick Mist.

Looks like it's time to call CC company and dispute the charges... Been taking about 2 weeks to get. They are a legit company. They just got overwhelmed by the orders. Lots of guys getting their product now from the early orders. They are a long time national company. You will get it.
