All is good with the boat. Been launching at Stow Away on Conroe. Caught a three pounder just past their facility last week. Plan on taking the better half for a ride tomorrow but since she doesn't have or want a license I doubt the poles will see the light of day. I'm sure it'll be rougher than hell with all the weekenders but she wants to go. Though about taking her to ride on Lake Houston but I've never been there and don't know anything about it. Shoot I know just a bit about Conroe!

I have replace one of my Triton's batteries and not looking forward to the inevitable back strain.

If it was a weekend it wasn't me. I've been to Conroe several times but only weekdays. Until the weekend warriors thin out it'll probably stay that way. Won't be out this week as I woke up this morning in Anchorage to a comfy 53 degrees. Can't wait till we get those mornings at home.
