I know a month ago the water was turned off to almost nothing. Fishing hasn't been then same since.

I'll second that. They have two small gates open but no flood gates or floaters. Unless they open the flood gates or make them a floater there's only a small window in the early morning where the stripers come close enough to the bank to catch them. Kayak wont do you any good due to the "forbidden zone" being so large.

How about the water below 16 bridge, is it floatable?

I was also curious about around this bridge. Since the water is so low in the rivers in Oklahoma I was thinking about going out to try the Brazos at this bridge. Does anyone know how the water and fishing has been here?

Water release is 175 cfs right now. If you were going to Rochelle's you would probably drag a couple spots. Fishing wise those fish like the current and not much of one currently. If you are bass fishing should be able to catch a few.
