Hello All, I'm taking the grandkids 7 & 8 year old to Ray Hubbard in the morning and see if we can find something that will bite. It's been several years since I've been there and the only thing I remember is out south & east of Robertson point was good. Anyone wants to share a hot spot it will not get fished out I assure you.
Thanks Grandpa

The last two paragraphs may be helpful. From the very few good reports, Ive heard the late afternoon bites are better. Hubbard whooped my butt this year. DMN on local lakes

We went out Thursday afternoon and caught slme good fish on the south east side of robertson park. Bounced .75oz godfathers back on the bottom. Right here: I would just start somewhere on the little ridge and cast until u find them stacked up. Good luck!!!

Fish are shallow. Biggest schools I marked yesterday were in 15-20' on the east side of red barn point and around the peanut. Typically this time of year I fish the mid lake levies @ 26'. Yesterday for a hour + we got one LMB, one big blue cat, one legal and one under hybrids. All on live bait. I moved to red barn point and found the big schools but no takers on bait.
