If you're new to braid then here's a little tip you might or might not already know. Carry a piece if 3/4 inch wooden dowel about 4 inches long in your boat. When you get hung up, wrap the braid around the dowel to pull free otherwise the braid will put some bad cuts in your hand. Good luck to ya! Amen Brother!!!!

all i use is braid and i really like sufix performance braid. it's a little more exspensive than power pro but not as exspensive as daiwa samurai braid
