Does anyone pull a kayak on trailer behind a travel trailer,and what is the max length for a travel trailer pulling a 12 boat behind.

I'd have to check, but IIRC the maximum length for the combination in Texas is 65'. Some states do not permit tandem towing; if you go out of state be sure you check.
