Is the image quality the same for a 999 and an 1199 since they use the same transducer? Considering a 999 for the bow and found one on line at a good price and the HB Rebate makes it look really good.

The sonar generation is the same, the display quality is different since the 1100 series display is larger than the 900 series=less image clairty.

The images will be larger with the larger display using the same settings.

8,858.2 pixels per square inch vs. 12,755.7 pixels per square inch.
