Does anyone have the sonar server by digital yacht? If so is there a way to view the sonar data along with Navionics on your phone or tablet like you can with the sonar phone t-box?

Don't have it but looking at their website, it can do the same as Sonarphone/Navionics Sonar Charts Live. The Sonar Server is used instead of the T-box. It is explained very well on the site, read it.
I use the Sonarphone/Navionics Sonar Charts Live with several of my mobile devices.

Ok maybe I'm not looking in the right place but I still haven't found that you can use the data off the sonar server as a fish finder view as well as the mapping...

I see what you mean. Looks like you get a depth readout, but not a regular sonar view like a "fish finder".
The Sonarphone app shows the depth readout also on the chart view, but also does a regular sonar view.
