I like the rocket launchers, on a ball, ram mount. They let you set all kinds of angles, and can be taken off of the ball mount, easily. If you have tracks, you can remove the entire rod holder, and mount, in a few seconds.

I've got Scotty rod holders on a yak attack rail and they work great. not sure you can do rails and two rod holders for $70 though. You may be able to mount Scotty's direct to your yak for that price. They make a bunch of different styles and bases.
