Any kayak tourneys in the North Texas area? I live in McKinney, but wouldn't mind driving a little. I'm an avid fishermen and have fished a few tournaments but i am new to kayak tournaments. Looking to find a club or get something going. I know lake levels may be putting a damper on it right now.

The Mariner Sails Kayak Fishing Club (MSKFC) is always doing fun fishing and camping events. You don't have to be a member to fish the tourney but if you join you'll get a discount at Mariner Sails and 100% of the membership fee ($15) goes to Heroes On the Water. There will be a few other tournaments put on by others this fall and you can always do the Thursday Night Working Mans.
