Thanks to all that provided insight and advice as well as those that sent PM's on tips and offering a backseat. The wife, son and i went to PK this morning. We went to South D&D to catch chad. I learned how to throw a cast net but only caught 5 shad. Just couldn't locate a good school. So we took off to Neelys slough with those. My son managed a 20" striper and we had a couple of whites as well. It was a great timeand I'm hooked on these fish. Will be back on the water next weekend to give it another try. Here is Logan with his striper.

Thanks all. that's all the trip was about, getting the wife and kiddo on fish. We only brought home three this trip, but we will keep trying.
