Prayers for you and your family Pepop. Sorry for your loss.

I would rather die finding out there was no God than die finding out there is.

So sorry to hear this sad news, Vernon. May Heavenly Father give you the comfort and peace that surpasses all understanding.

Was able to attend the funeral today. It was a wonderful service.
May God's grace be with Vernon and his family.

Titus 2:13
"Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;"

On average, your heart beats 100,000 times a day. One day, one of those heartbeats will be your last. Then what?

The answer is found in Jesus Christ who said "I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly." John 10:10

I just want to thank everyone for their thoughts & prayers. The well wishes have been overwhelming and I'm moved beyond words. I've been struggling with folks impressions when they ask how I'm doing & I say I'm alright or I'm ok. I wonder what they think since I really mean it. Maybe it makes me sound indifferent or cold but I have such peace in my very soul because I know where Sue is & it is a real blessing knowing she's out of that blasted wheelchair & she's up walking those golden streets & she's reunited with her mother & dad & sister. She's finally home and I find true comfort in that knowledge. I still miss her & there have been times & will be going forward, when it just floods over me & I break down. But my thoughts go right back to that which gives me peace & the sorrow soon passes. I know she's waiting for me and in HIS time, I'll see her again.
