Anybody else here tried that APP, "Periscope?" It apparently only works on iPhones, but I am going to give it a try this morning around 10am at the Ray Roberts Dam - and see if I can get close to the release. They were saying it was running at about 7600 cfs last night. I guess my user id on Periscope is (big surprise) "texasflycaster."
