Thanks every for showing up!! It was a great event to say the least. We had a total of 23 people that showed up and I think 20 participated in BB. Jason Delfraisse won with a 66-1/4 with his best 5 fish (he had like 7 or so total) and Nathan got 2nd with 62-1/2 but won BB with a 15-3/4 kicker fish. Jason won the Gift Certificate to Mariner sails and redonated it for the group so we raffled it off. John Stockman won the raffle for the gift certificate after that.. LOL. I think Nathan took home around $100 for BB. Steve Searle won a couple a packages of plastics from Excite baits, and someone else won the KJ's Custom Lures crank bait. Thanks again for a great turn out, and a big thanks to our sponsors Mariner Sails, KJ's Custom Lures, Excite Baits!!! Everyone go fish the Mariner Sails Multi Species tournament @ Bachman tomorrow!! It'll be fun!!!

Think we are going back to Marine Creek again since most people were able to boat a few fish.

Alright boys and girls, tomorrow's Thursday and it'll be the final Tournament for the Month. The weather's looking beautiful, we should all feel blessed for our Thursdays turning out so well. All the rain moved out for tomorrow, so y'all come out and wet a line. It'll be a showdown between Jason Delfraisse and Nathan DeBord for the cup this month. Aris Tsamis @ Mariner Sails has went above and beyond yet again and donated a $75 Gift Certificate to this event!! I'll also be raffling off this pair of Costa Peninsula Sunglasses along with all the other prizes. Remember this is a free tournament, you just have to show up and fish to qualify for these prizes. We had 23 people show up last week, which was amazing. Let's see if we can beat that this week!!! See everyone at Marine Creek again tomorrow!!! Oh, and yall need to stop donating your lunch money to Nathan... he can be beat yall!!! LOL.

Okay, Congratulations are due for Nathan DeBord. He is one heck of a fisherman for sure... He had 3 fish that counted and 2 under. So he is the Champion of the Month of May and took home the coveted Mariner Sail's Champion Cup (surprisingly it's his first cup), the $75 gift certificate to Mariner Sails, $95 big bass side pot, and to make it even ever so sweeter.. somehow this lucky guy won the Costa's in the raffle too. Thanks again to all that showed up. Last night was officially the most we've had. 25 brave guys showed up. Glad the weather held out until we were all done with the prizes.. but boy did it kick up as the last few were loading up!!! Once again BIG thanks to our sponsors Mariner Sails , Fringe Tackle Company , Xcite Baits ,Lake Fork Trophy Lures, and KJ's Custom Lures!!!
