Any idea where I can find replacement encapsulated tail lights for 2000 ranger trailer?

Not sure what you mean by encapsulated. I usually get mine at Wal Mart. Northern Tool is a good place for trailer stuff.

just get LED lights and be done with them Are LED light ok to submerge? We always just unplugged the lights when we pulled up to take off straps etc. Never had a light problem.
