Am planning on showing up tonight (especially since this is less than 7m from my house) wind though annoying doesn't bother me to much - since i don't see it in this thread - given the forecast of ~90% chance of rain/thunder for our area at 5pm-ish to 10pm -what is the inclement weather policy for these?

If there is lightening we will cancel it due to safety issues! Just rain we will keep it going.

OK - Murrell Park but what ramp? Boat ramp 1 that is straight down from the entrance, or boat ramp 2 off White Chalk Rd. See ya tonight!

Its a beautiful rod - already started using it and loving it (though only caught Sandie's on it so far despite my best efforts otherwise) Defiantly one way to get a guy hooked on making these events when schedule permits. Though the company/guys make it worthwhile as well!

I went out to Grapevine today to a take a couple pics of the lake on my way in. Here's the one of the sandbass ramp where the shot above was taken, If you wanted to reenact that shot you would have to be in your kayaks. (crossing my fingers the image posts correctly)

Man.. that is crazy.. and still more rain to come!! So if the crazy weather holds off we will be heading to Marine Creek Lake this Thursday. Last Thursday, we had a great turn out of 14 dudes with the crazy weather and all. But sorry to say, not one of us caught a fish. The good thing is we all agreed that all the prizes should be added on to this week. So the Winner this week (if weather permits) will get 2 Gift Certificates and the big bass $$ from both weeks!!! Looks like a big payout folks!!! And everyone that has been showing up a sick of not catching fish.. LOL. So cross your fingers and get Excited for Marine Creek this Thursday!!!

Might make it to this one, unless I go to the Rangers game. I won't be in any shape to fish after that haha.
