...where you can obtain permission to fish them?

When I lived in Fort Worth I fished Squaw Creek in Willow Park. It belongs to Lockheed so I had to have a membership card but not a fishing license. You might check and see if you can get a membership without being a Lockheed employee. Or they may not even check (they never checked me). Most of the lake isn't on the course, in fact you dont even know the course is there. And it caught bass, catfish, crappie, and sunfish out of it.
