2003 Ranger 185 VS 2003 Yamaha 150 current prop 23P in bad shape Hole shot is good Max speed 56 MPH RPM at max speed 5500
What brand and size is best for this? Thanks Steve

Just get it fixed. If you give Steve all the information he can tweek it for you but about 60 is what you should expect from that setup.
Speed with load or not. RPM's. Hole shot. How does it hold in rough water?
He can make it look good as new or tell you if there is a better choice.

A Turbo TXP 23P will give you what you are looking for. If you get your current prop fixed you could get a spare.

I am keeping the current as a spare, it does not really lift the nose like on my old boat. Might be the Ranger just rides flatter.
