Looks like I will be moving to Lawton,Ok next month and I will be living on Lake Ellsworth. I sure don't know anything about the lake. I was just wondering if anyone else might.

I fished the creeks when I was growing up and caught crappie, bass and cats all day long! I think all of the lakes in the area are a little low right now. Hope they get some more rain. I will come up and go with you one weekend if they get more water in them.

I'm betting OkieBob will chime in here. He probably can help you out.

I fished it a couple of years ago. I used the ramp by a fishing store, don't remember the name. Lots and lots of standing timber, some in deep water. It looks awesome. I think I had 16 or so that day, no big ones, most around 11". I think with a little time to explore you'll really like it. Supposed to be a good walleye lake, too.

Thanks guys, I have never lived on a lake before. This could prove to be fun.
