Do you think ... it might conflict with too many other events ?? Or maybe we can start a new Tradition to help celebrate those who's Ultimate sacrifice shall not be forgotten. our proud Military families deserve any and all praise we can give them !! I like the ideas of this tournament, but memorial day weekend is one of the worst times I can think of to hold it. The lake will be a mad house that day. I dislike fishing in the summer, and I hate it on holiday weekends. Memorial day and 4th of July weekend are 2 of the worst days to be fishing on the lake in my opinion. I think holding it one of these weekends will really drop the number of teams a lot. Pleasure boaters are out in force on these days and I think that really keeps a LOT of crappie fishermen off the lake.

this is just a suggestion if i may make one....its been brought up that's the weekend of memorial day,as with any other lake,there will be boat traffic all over the place.how about a week later on May 30th.Holiday will be over with,those that wanted to on the initial date might be able to on the 30th,thus more entries. Just a suggestion.
