Now that line has improved I will not touch mono unless that is all that I have to choose from. If i am fishing a worm, jig or any soft plastic, I use nothing but braid.

I use 8#test up to 15 for standard bass tackle and 20# for large swim baits. P Line CX Premium is good and I mostly use 12,15 and 20. P Line 100% Fluorocarbon line is good stuff, not the fluoroclear. McCoys is another good copolymer line. Invizx is a good fluorocarbon line. Big Game is one of the best monos on the market for the price but McCoys and PLine CXX and premium are better lines.
