Personally, I hate music or other loud noises when I'm fishing. But it honestly doesn't bother me that other people do. If it makes them happy, relaxed, excited... whatever.

However, I do think earphones are a great idea. There really isn't much of a reason to bother someone else with your music while they are trying to fish - unless you're doing it intentionally. I feel the same way when I'm trying to get gas and someone feels like they should "share" their tunes.

Ya, I don't have a radio blasting for anyone to hear. I have my Bluetooth in to not bother anyone.

Yes, occasionally. If I was "allowed to", I would play it all of the time and loud.

"Destroy someone else's day?" If you'll re-read my post, you'll see that I said WOULD turn it up loud. I don't have those speaker tubes that resonate all over the lake. I have two speakers in my boat that get loud enough for me and that's about it. So no, I am not worried about it.

I always listen to music while traveling to my destination. Once I start fishing I don't listen to anything other than the Great Outdoors!
