Im coming to Fork and renting a boat from Rickys on April 14-16 and was wandering where the cheapest place to stay is on the lake so that i have a boat slip. Thanks for any help!

Check out Lake Fork Fisherman's Cove. The boat ramp is open there now, the rooms are redone, and they have a boat slip. I don't know if there are any open spots, but never hurts to ask. (903) 474-7479

We always stay at Mustang Resort. Very reasonable and very secure. Their gate closes at dark and you have to have the pass code to get in. Outlets for charging are conveniently located. They also have a great ramp that is free if you are staying there. They have a small store and gas on site as well.

Popes is great. We stay a couple times a year. If your on a budget rent out one of the single wide trailers. Nothing fancy but great for fishermen. I wouldn't bring the wife though. Take her to the new cabins they have
