Gonna head out this weekend, not sure which lake to go to... Meeting a buddy out of Killen and I live in Southwest Houston. Where would you go? Fayette, Bastrop, Livingston, Conroe or Raeven?

Bass fishing? FCL or Bastrop. Wanna drive your friend crazy? Take him to Raven. Drive him crazy? Yes. Beautiful lake, great water and lots of cover. Then you (possibly) don't get a bite. Do a search on here for Raven. I am not the only one that has been frustrated by Lake Raven.

Oh Lake Raven...
My dad is coming to visit from the Panhandle in a couple weeks and we're gonna take some kayaks out there...he always asks why I never do well there so I'm gonna show him haha.
