Hey guys, has anyone here been to these park ponds? Are they decent fishing? And last question, is it strictly catch and release or if you wanted could you keep your catch? Thanks in advance

Fished it for 4 hours on a perfect day, cloudy skies, slight chop. Fished hard, 2 guys. ...... Not a bite. Saw baitfish & small sunfish. But not a single bite.
