Any half ton V8 will tow a 20' bass boat.

Most of the V6s will do it too. Just not quite as painlessly.

Ive got a 2013 Laramie Longhorn with everything. I particularly love the 4 corner air suspension, Pulls my 20ft Champ with no problem. It levels the trailer when towing the boat. Best thing to do before you buy it is to check the credentials of the service department. Mine sux and I'm using another dealership. Please put that into you deciding factor.

Good Luck

Hemi pulls great - get tow package - put bags in the rear coils if it has them ! Will pull way more than you think !!!!

Jesus first - then the rest will fall into place.

Chem, how is your gas mileage pulling your boat? i have an 18' CC as well and was wondering if it gets better mileage than my 03 Hemi... i get about 9MPG pulling my CC down to the coast...

Buddy of mine loves the Ram. His only complaint is when pulling the boat the transmission hunts a little to much. He has the 8 speed in his.

Pull my son's mustang home on a trailer yesterday with my 2009 Ram Hemi. PLENTY of power and averaged 13.7 mpg.
