It's been a long hard battle, first they tried to low ball me and only give around 4k. When i refused it and got my attorney involved, that's when they started craw fishing. Come to find out, it was the adjuster that turned in the wrong paper work. They had to send another out to start over again. All is good now and they did me right, they give me more the what i had in the boat. I now have another one in the drive way.

good deal! you say they gave you more than you had in the boat. is that because you had it insured for more or because they used bluebook value or what? im curious because i have mine insured for alot more than i paid just in case.

thanks in advance

I assume it was a mistake on there end / our they did it for the trouble they put me through. Ether way it don't care, just glad to be back on the water again. But now I'm having motor issues. Think I've got it narrowed down to replacing all 3 LP fuel pump.

I had damage and the adjuster was out in less than a week and I had my settlement about 5 days after that. Currently Chris is working on repairing my boat.

Progressive is an excellent insurance company.

I lost one in 04 in a boat shed fire and it took me almost 4 months to get a settlement that I would accept.

This is why I carry AGREED value insurance on my 12 yr old Champion boat.

I have had Boat U.S. Insurance since I can remember. In 04 the first time I had my Triton out I took off the skag and messed up the lower unit at Benbrook -
1st time in the water !! I called them took it to NTM and they put a new lower unit on it - no issues 100.00 deductible. 8 years later I ran down a stump at Rayburn in the dark - they paid to fix the hull where it got messed up. 100 dollar deductible. Just bought a 2015 22trx they have insured it for 600 a year - sounds like a deal to me. They have 5000.00 worth of theft on your rods and stuff too. My brother got ripped off and allstate gave him 2500.00 for 6000.00 worth of stuff, he still is trying to replace it all !!!

Jesus first - then the rest will fall into place.
