Probably true,being there are many more Walmarts and kwik lube places than there are dealerships

If I were a plumber or carpenter or whatever besides an auto tech I would find a local place, independent maybe, that has been around forever to get serviced. Usually these guys will take care of you better than the dealers and chain repair places. They want your business and will keep you as a customer by making things right if there is a problem. They probably won't list and charge for a simple fix or adjustment either. Just my opinion if I were not me !!!!

I agree,especially in a smaller town an owner/operator of a business is made or broken by word of mouth.Reputation is everything..
