make one last request and have a lawyer on call. I am a lawyer, and I don't like "us" either. If its as cut and dry as it seems, any lawyer will take your case. Most lawyers will not charge you as this should be a warranty/dtpa/breach of contract claim which entitles you to attorney fees. in any event, do NOT wait. act immediately.

Just send Shawn up there Scott. He'll get them lined out.
Sorry to you have to deal with this. I'd be pushing for a refund and buy somewhere else.

I went through the same carp with BPS and I still have issues with my Tracker. Had one for 10 years with no problems, bought a new one and it has issues that BPS and Tracker can't and won't solve. I hope you get your situation settled soon as a man needs to fish!!!!

If they don't get me a new boat it will be lawyer time because that won't work for me.

I purchased a new 2013 Z9 in April of 2013 from Abilene Tracker Marine.....After many many issues I started emailing and documenting all the problems I was having.....The emails got kind of nasty (and I am not that kind of person) but I traded in a perfectly great Triton for a $55K Nitro and had nothing but hell with it. After problem after problem and email after email.....Tracker Marine replaced the 2013 with a brand new 2014 for no charge and sent it to be picked up at a different Tracker dealer.....I don't deal with Tracker Marine in Abilene, but I write this so you know there are options. PM if you have any questions about how the whole process went, but I was fortunate enough to not have to retain a lawyer.

I would show Tracker the posts that have been made on here and let them understand that you will continue to p...z on their boat and that dealer until the day you die unless they give you a new boat.

And you should name the dealer on here.

And tell them how there sales will fall because of this shoddy dealings by one dealer.

Disagree with naming the dealer and bad mouthing on tff at this point without all facts and both sides.....may not help your cause at this point. Could have simply been a bad employee/s or other causes that may be in process of resolution. IMHO probably best to take this offline and work to resolution and then post how it was resolved. Good luck to ya.

There is a reason I have not named the dealer on here and will not!
I'm not going to bash the dealer because damage may have been by manufacturer since boat went back for warranty work.
It was damaged somewhere after I left it I have video and pics the day I dropped it off. The dealer is working on finding out what happened and knows what I want done. If I can't get anything done with them I will go higher up.
I don't believe in bashing dealer with out all the facts.

That's powder coated not painted isn't it? Someone was really abusing it to wear it off in some of those places. It's a shame how some employees handle the property and really ruin the name of a manufacturer. Glad you took before pictures. Have you talked to the people you dealt with at the dealer's individually? I had an issue at a car dealer and they all lied except for the salesman. He actually stood up and was honest about it. I'd be friendly and go back and talk to them and see if any of them are honest about the condition before and after and tape it before they get word from their managers to shut up. You might not need it but it can't hurt.
