No luck this morning at Ken Good. In fact, I had no luck anywhere I went today. I like Ken Good park, though. I'm sure I'll try it again and it does look like a good place for a tournament.

I've been catching them good the last few days on a finesse jig. June bug colored during early evening. Black after dark. Average about 3lbs each. Caught 4 yesterday. Five tonight. Should give it a try.

Pearson Park. In Red Oak. It was stocked with Florida strain about 4 years ago. Nobody fishes for bass there. They stocked it with Japanese Coy. Haha. Bass food. And Crappie. More bass food. Lots of perch. More bass food. The bass are crazy in that pond. Hit and SMASH anything.

Hey there, I'm brand new to this forum or any forum for that matter and saw your post about your monthly bass tournament's and sounds exciting to me. I just missed your last one at Breckenridge park where I have fished before without any success (in the pond under the bridge and by the walking trail) and was convinced there wasn't any bass in there after only seeing tons of carp. I can't believe there's crappie in there too. Anyways I'm anxious to hear about your next tournament and I definitely want to partake and meet some fellow anglers. My only fishing buddy is in a new relationship and well you know what happens to those guys. I look forward to hearing whats going on and like I said this is the first forum, post and comment on anything I have ever made but I'm excited to share my passion with other people now.
