Once I finally removed all the catfish, my next two throws landed me 39 large bait fish. Gotta love taped nets. I'll take a 54+ fish per throw average any day. Lol! And I'd take 124 channel cat over 30 yellowbass anyday. Breaking fins beats deheading lol! imho.

Good Lawdy Miz Clawdy! I have caught 20 or so before and that was a huge pain in the derrier to git out of the net. I would have been tempted to sacrifice a net and just cut em out of the net to release.

I've thrown before at the topeka weir on the kansas river and filled a 9ft net up to the point where I could barely get it out of the water. Unfortunately for the channel cats I was already having a bad day. And call me a catfish killer. I just threw the net back in the water....
