Are "breathable" waders made from nylon? I am finding out that neoprene and rubber are not favored for float tubes

I do not know if the information in the link is accurate as I haven't worn waders for several decades even during Winter. Too much of a hassle for me for the type of fishing I do, and where I do my fishing. PC
