Hey guys, I was wondering if you used carts to wheel all your gear out. I was looking at these but not sure if a 4 wheel cart would work as good as a two wheel cart. What do yall think?

My buddy has that 4 wheel cart. It does pretty well with everything in it and easier to pull threw an over obstacles then a 2 wheeled one !!

I have one of those and it's definately very efficient, one thing you'll see though is that guys on here will actually widen the wheel base to give it a little but more stability

get the yellow one. Easy to widen if you can weld. Just butt weld bolts to end of axles. Probally worth
Paying someone to do it if you don't weld. If you don't they flip easy.

This is what I use for my fishing. You would be surprised on how much you and load it up. I strap everything down with a couple of bungee cords. http://www.cabelas.com/product/Fishing/Fishing-Tools/Other-Fishing-Tools|/pc/104793480/c/104720580/sc/104469480/Anglers-Fish-N-Mate174/739425.uts?destination=%2Fcategory%2FOther-Fishing-Tools%2F104469480.uts%3FWT.srch%3D1%26WT.tsrc%3DPPC%26rid%3D20%26WT.mc_id%3DGOOGLE|fis_Tools_Other%2BFishing%2BTools|USA%26WT.z_mc_id1%3D43700004691689309%26gclid%3DCJCl0OuPgsECFSMV7AoddEcAqw%26gclsrc%3Daw.ds&WTz_l=PPC%3Bcat104469480

CatfishMike thanks for your input. Those carts are pricey though. But I was asking for opinions so thanks.

Yes they are. But so is the one from the Bass Pro Shop. I consider it an investment for my fishing. Same as some people want to have a boat to fish out of. One of the things I had to consider was transporting the cart. When you put it in a small SUV there is only room enough for 1 person up front. With the available adapters it has I can put on the trailer hitch freeing up a bunch of room in the vehicle.

I drive a pickup so it's no problem but a lot of guys use those hitch mount carriers

For Cabelas you gotta use the Link Icon above - the 2nd one.

We used and highly abused those carts when I taught motorcycle classes for 8 years. Loaded up with those orange traffic cones and other supplies. Pulled behind motorcycles, golf cart and pulled by hand. Highly abused and they are still in use. Biggest problem was spot welds breaking on the handle to turn the front wheels. Under normal use and not slamming it into walls, other carts, flipping it over etc. It should bring you years of use. Just check the tire pressure often, they get hard to pull when low, over fill and it will blow easily.

My personal best is still swimming out there just getting bigger. One of these days I will quit feeding it.
