Have it galvanized, no more rust... The 150 dollar ones that overton's sell are and they also fold up and have a sack to put them in. You may not want to spend that much but by all means have it galvanized.

I had both of my box anchors made by a guy on the forum from Lewisville. They are collapsible not sure about rust proof though.
