Tough place to make a living when it comes a niche market, even harder when the fishing is horrible.

That is too bad. I am guessing the bank will be making some one a good deal pretty soon.

How so? Who the heck is going to do a start-up in this economy, On a remote lake next door to Mexico where the water level and bass fishing are purely dependent on 1) timely precipitation and 2) see #1.

Someone with lots of money and owns other businesses such as restaurants and motels!
It's already been bought, not sure what his plans are yet!

Have to agree with fouzman on this one..
No doubt the bank will be making someone a good deal on a failed business... They will take whatever they can get.
Rumor has it- this place has been on the verge of being sold on the courthouse steps for several years.. If they could not make it work during some good times!!!! I don't see how anyone could make a go of it right now...
