Monte is awesome, the whole Moritz dealership is awesome. My dad just bought a Ram at Moritz. Had dealer do install of B&W gooseneck hitch and Line X. The plug for the lights/brakes was put in a place my dad asked it not to be by Moritz's sub. My dad said hell I'll live with it.

With out asking Moritz showed up to his shop 40 miles away with a brand new loaner that they had taken off their lot and put a B&W in and said let us make this right. The Loaner Truck was full of diesel and ready for work. My pops had to haul lots of equipment many miles to customers and Moritz said don't worry about it one bit they knew that is my dad's source income. All this without even asking. He used the truck for at least a week, Moritz called and said they didn't like the subs fix and we will bring back to you when they are happy with the way he wanted it.

That's pretty amazing after the sale...
