 Another good job by Monte/Moritz!!

I bought a brand new Silverado at the end of Dec 2012. I hadn't had any issues and have been completely pleased with the truck....until a couple months ago. My AC was making a somewhat loud noise. I didn't think much of it because it wasn't annoying or that big a deal. Monday around noon I get in the truck and the AC is making a loud squealing sound. I call Lakeside in Rockwall since it is an hour closer to me. They tell me that they are booked out 3-4 days and are out of loaner vehicles. I asked how about if I make an appt for 3 days from then and schedule a loaner. They said they still couldn't guarantee me a loaner.
I decided to call Monte.....He said bring it in asap and he will have me something nice to drive. So I asked "are you sure you will have a loaner". He said that he would take one off the lot if need be. That is exactly what he did....I was given a brand new truck with 16 miles on it to drive. I dropped my truck off at 2:30pm Monday and I was called at 10:00am yesterday that my truck was ready. I told Monte that my work schedule was full and didn't know when I could make it out to west FW. He said don't worry about it that he would have my truck delivered to my work. Sure enough I just had my truck delivered to me freshly detailed and a full tank of gas!! That is amazing customer service!! Thanks again Moritz/Monte and Connie in service!!

Monte and the Moritz folks are good people. My whole family drives Moritz sold vehicles now. Glad they took care of you. Now just call Monte and tell him you are buying the new one.....

Now just call Monte and tell him you are buying the new one..... I think I will keep mine. I really like the light interior of mine over the dark interior of the loaner. I am also not a big fan of pure white...and mine is Fairway Metallic!! If you haven't seen that color it is by far the favorite color I have ever had on a vehicle.

I will say this. This is not a one time deal of special treatment. He does this often and to everyone he sells a vehicle to. I as well, have bought several vehicles from him and the customer service that Moritz brings to the table is by far the best out there. Monte Coon is an awesome representative of Moritz Chevrolet and Chevrolet in General. If you are in the market for one, you will not find a better guy and/or dealer to buy from than Moritz.
