nice fish! im glad everyone likes the thread! I am not limiting out at these lakes, so it's not like they are hot spots anyway haha...

im heading to florida this weekend! i tried to fish trinity park just yesterday, but it was humid and hot! and then i got skunked! i tried a couple spots off the river but no luck.

came back waited out all the the rainy weather... decided to try benbrook today, OMG! the bank access fishing spots have risen quite a bit.. i also saw a lot of people in the waters, no luck.

i tried to fish lake worth, and all i saw were people everywhere. sunset park, joy park, and then everywhere else were houses so there wasnt much fishing room..

i went back to lake como even though its in a sketchy area... caught me a LMB on my homemade inline spinner!!! i put it up against my 9.5 size shoe for comparison!

first time i tried this spot at the trinity, i came out with 1 bass earlier in the thread... i came back today bc i didnt want to drive 30 minutes to go somewhere i wasnt sure that would produce especially on a weekday...

i am so glad it was cloudy bc the fish were on fire today and it wasnt hot bc i sweat easy!!! i was using my homemade lure (i am testing out my new colors each time i fish to make sure the colors i am building work)

the earlier post from the trinity was with a curly tail worm... this was with my spinner...

2 LMB and 1 sandy in less than 20 minutes!!!! put them against my shoe for comparison!!









i dont care to share where i catch my fish, i am a catch and release guy!! feel free to post up pictures too! it only takes a few minutes!

Here's a nice one from Sunday afternoon

I changed departments at my job, and the new place I work at has a creek across the street and so I've been fishing it during lunch and after work so these are a few fish I caught today off a black zoom horny toad



The first one wasn't that big, but I liked it because it had this bronze color to it.

Caught this one right at sundown on a Texas Rigged Zoom Trick worm. Not as big as it looks in the picture, but the biggest one I have caught out of a city park pond lately.

Caught using frozen margaritas

Went to play basketball in Arlington at Mary and Jimmie park. There was a small pond in the back. It's pretty low and I didn't catch anything but snagged a big turtle. It put up a good fight!
