catching my biggest king to date from the kayak, didn't manage to measure it because i wanted to release it alive, it was huge though. it ate a [censored] shad(bumper shad) trolled behind the yak on a single j hook through the baits nose. caught it on a fin nor offshore 4500 spooled with 300 yards of 50 pound braid, plus about 50 yards of backing, this king had me on the backing in under a minute

sorry for the bad filming, my gopro died and my iphone was my only option



Catching my first big jack from the kayak, before now i have broken all of them off to the rig. the jack tried to eat a rapala x-rap jointed shad and got foul hooked.
