That striper was caught in the restricted area right up against the dam. he had posted a video of himself practically rubbing up against the gates while catching it. He took the video down when it was pointed out that meant the fish was poached.

I really don't want to pile on this guy or be a bully.... but people here don't need to be engaging him under false pretenses either.

You may want to chill on the stories of cheating and property destruction.

First off you may want to call the cops:

Tampering with or rigging sports contest.
(1) A person is guilty of tampering with or rigging a sports contest when, with intent
to influence the outcome of a sports contest, he or she:
(a) Tampers with any sports participant or sports official or with any animal
other than a horse, equipment, or other thing involved in the conduct or
operation of a sports contest in a manner contrary to the rules governing
the sports contest in question; or
(b) Substitutes a sports participant, animal, other than a horse, equipment, or
other thing involved in the conduct or operation of a sports contest for the
genuine person, animal, or thing.
(2) Tampering with or rigging a sports contest is a Class A misdemeanor.

Secondly depending on the cost of the rods he broke, there could be problems:

Class B Misdemeanor Criminal Mischief

Punishable by up to 180 days in jail and fines reaching $2,000, your criminal mischief charge could be a Class B Misdemeanor if the damage done is valued at more than $50 but less than $500.

Class A Misdemeanor Criminal Mischief

You could be facing class A criminal mischief charges if the damage done is valued at more than $500 and less than $1,500, or if the criminal mischief act results in damage less than $1,500 and causes an impairment of interruption of public communications, public transportation, gas, or power or any other public service, or if the mischief causes any impairment or interruption of the public water supply.

Class A misdemeanors are punishable by up to 1 year in jail and fines of up to $4,000.

As we have already seen once this year, internet bragging can lead to criminal charges.

Michael didn't place. He had to leave early because his daughter got sick. Michael's user is basshunter08.

As for Guadalupe202, I'm pretty sure you are Don. You obviously have nothing better to do than sit around and make new TFF accounts to post about BKA. Why in the world would anyone else post "he won first place in a national tournament" to brag about someone else? Good for you.
