T.O.O. has just reached an agreement with Underwater Expeditions to try to put together two final 52 hour charters for 2007 on the Big E out of Freeport, Texas.
Everything will be run as before, with Captain Frank running the boat and fishing the same way and same hot spots.
Times are the same for departure and return.
Costs per person are:

39-$680
38-$690
37-$710
36-$730
35-$750
34-$770
33-$800

We have set deadlines for these charters as follows:

November 21st, 2007 for the Nov.30th-Dec 2nd charter
December 5th, 2007 for the Dec.14th-16th charter

We will need full payment upfront to secure a spot for either of these charters.
We suggest a check for $750 per person if you are interested and if the numbers on a charter end up higher, we will refund the balance or add it to the tip amount. If a charter is limited to less than 35, we will inform folks of the balance due to us.
If there is demand for a limited load below 35 we will do so, but that gets real expensive as you can see.

We do take paypal if it is needed to pay by credit card, but you will be required to pay the fee of 3.9% to secure your spot.
Both charters are private charters in that we are making the effort to organize the charter, but these charters is open to all those that wish to fish the Big E one or twice before 2007 comes to a close.
These charters are first come/first taken, with your spot secured once we receive payment.
If a charter is canceled due to weather, you will be refunded your amount minus our fee ($20). That fee can be applied on any 2008 charter done through T.O.O.

A lot of folks have asked to fish the Big E before 2007 ended and Underwater Expeditions worked with us and are offering two charters, so here's the chance to fish the Big E again in 2007.

Updated charter information on the charters

November 30th charter has been canceled.
December 14th charter has 10 people committed with payments with us. T.O.O. has agreed with U.E. to return this 52 hour charter date back to U.E. as an open charter. They are charging $650 per spot, same as Elliott's charged for 2007, and right now there are 10 spots taken. Is it gauranteed to go even if it only has 15-20 people or will they require more to make the trip?

now thats its an open charter, I bet it will fill up pretty quickly. theres a few "regulars" you have to watch out for.. They will drink your drinks, and eat your food, and crowd the rail... Communication, communication, communication!! Let em know how ya really feel, if that dont work- let Capt FRank know..

Ya thats what I was worried about... I think I am not going to try and squeez that many trips into the holidays anyway. I am still trying to get people mostivated for a bay trip this weekend... everyone has to go shopping..ahah
