I had my 2 boys out yesterday. We were catfishing a falling but flodded Elk river here on OK. The CFS was around 6000 and the channel cats were smacking the SECRET 7 Dip Bait. I was also testing new bait holders to see how the cats react to them and how well they hang onto the dip bait. Any way we caught 13 channels in 2 hours. Our faimly had fun as the wife was along too. She even got to reel in a few channel cats!

We all had a good trip...........

Those are the Team Catfish SMOOTH OPERATOR snagless sinkers. We were fishing in flooded trees and snags, The SMOOTH OPERATORS don't hang up as bad as other sinkers of equal weight. We were using the 1.5 oz and 2 oz. models on this trip.

BTW the S.O. sinkers also have a super slick slide at the top that the your line travels through. These sinkers won't harm your line after sliding up and down many, many times like bare lead will.

I originaly designed them for drift fishing many years ago, but we use them for lots of different situations now.




Now to answer BRO Terrys question...... We were anchor fishing in 4 to 8 ft.
