Made a trip to check out the happenings on the Tx City Dike this morning. Quite a few people were out trying to snag something. I did notice that near the end, folks had their many rods jammed in the rocks!! One fellow may have had 10 rods baited and in the water, others maybe 5....all were after Flatfish. I might add the water is rough, chocolate milk colored, and Dredging going on. All that stinking sludge is being pumped to the North side of the Dike and is carried around the tip of the Dike...Black looking water!! Nasty..... Boyds One Stop Bait Camp is open BTW.... and flags flying
