Well yes, if you dont have 25 mph winds to face and dont hit any reefs.

It is not hard getting to the entrance of Cedar Bayou from the bay side, most reefs you can see waves breaking on them. and the channels are marked with poles. But, once you get in the bayou go easy. the sand shifts often. If you want call me and I can better explain the safest way in there.
