Looking for a floating cabin to rent...............

..............is Captain Carl the only game in town. Multiple searches here, and google keep throwing his name out there, but little other info.

For anyone who has rented with Cpt. Carl, how are the Upper Laguna Cabins? We'd have our own boats.
