San Leon or Seawolf Park?

I couldn't make it to the surf today, so I am now going to go night fishing tonight off a pier.

What is the better option right now, Seawolf or San Leon? I have no lights in case that matters. I have never been to either, thanks in advance.

At sea wolf I would fish live shrimp under a cork or finger mullet on bottom.
