Port Aransas

We are headed down next week. Any advice on fishing from the beach? I don’t have a clue about saltwater fishing. I have used some live shrimp in the past and caught a few fish but would appreciate some advice on how to find something to catch. The wife doesn’t eat fish so not looking to fill a freezer, just entertain us while we are there.

We’ve just had thirty posts for noobs in the surf. All good stuff.

I saw your posts on the other threads. I’ll be out bright and early with live shrimp in the cuts. Thanks for the info.
