Best boat ramp around Galveston

What’s the best boat ramp to use around Galveston that’s fairly close to the Jetty? Haven’t been here in a while. Didn’t realize the GYB had changed so much. Wanted $2/foot to launch. Would be $46. That’s crazy. Any other options?
